Welcome to the Muncy Borough Municipal Authority (MBMA) of safe drinking water. MBMA  is responsible for supporting the community with high quality drinking water for residential, commercial and Industrial properties. With the help of West Branch Regional Authority (WBRA), MBMA treats/ monitors Muncy regions ground water resources and creates a sustainable water infrastructure within the Muncy Borough and Muncy Creek Township to directly supply each of our customers. Together MBMA and WBRA, are committed to doing our part in protecting Muncy’s public drinking water system.
