The Muncy Borough Municipal Authority (MBMA) is proud to provide safe, high-quality drinking water to the residents, businesses, and industries of Muncy Borough and Muncy Creek Township. Our mission is to ensure a reliable and sustainable water supply that supports the health and prosperity of our community. In partnership with the West Branch Regional Authority (WBRA), MBMA monitors and treats the region’s valuable groundwater resources.
Together, we work to maintain and improve the water infrastructure that serves our customers—now and for future generations. MBMA and WBRA are dedicated to protecting Muncy’s public drinking water system through responsible stewardship, continuous monitoring, and strategic investment in infrastructure and personnel.
